Hay nueve drishtis diferentes en Ashtanga Yoga, cada uno asociado a una postura espec\u00edfica. La respiraci\u00f3n Ujjayi es la t\u00e9cnica principalmente utilizada, que consiste en una respiraci\u00f3n profunda y sonora a trav\u00e9s de la nariz.
